We’re pleased to have a close relationship with Royal Mail and DHL who provide us with next day delivery. At the checkout you are able to choose your delivery day, with next day available if ordered before 12pm.

We provide free local delivery & pickup within 10 miles of our shop in Ulverston, Cumbria.

Delivery outside this is available nationwide but is charged at £14.99 for next day chilled delivery.

Upon ordering you will be provided with a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your order via the DHL or Royal Mail website or app.


We hope you love our fish as much as we do, but if there is a problem for reason please email us on We may require you to provide photographs of any issues, and will respond to requests within 24 hours.

We will either refund or replace your order, once refunds are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 58 Market St, Ulverston LA12 7LS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
